HOW FAST CAN I LOSE BODY FAT?
One of the first things a client asks us when first starting out at the gym, is HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET RESULTS…
And we say, IT DEPENDS.
There are a number of factors which come in to play; way too many to explain in great depth here. Things such as current training schedule, current nutrition, alcohol, stress, sleep, just to name a few.
One of the big factors as to how fast you can lose body fat, is your starting/current body fat.
Someone with a higher body fat % is generally going to lose fat/weight faster, than someone with a lower body fat %. To put it simply, they have more to lose.
Here is a basic guide as to some of the results you could expect to see, depending on your starting body fat % and current body fat %.
