Not getting any results?... NEVER QUIT!

It’s easy to give up when you’re not getting results.
It can be extremely overwhelming and disappointing when you are trying hard and making changes but not seeing results.

Here’s your options:

1. Quit. Fall back in to old habits. Gain weight and go back to the same routine you used to be in. Give yourself 3-12 months before something triggers you to want to change again. When you start back you may be heavier than you were before. You’ll feel like you’ve started again.
2. Continue. Keep pushing even when you don’t want to. Keep turning up to the gym. Keep making better decisions with your food. It might take you a few weeks to overcome your plateau (maybe longer). Maybe you don’t lose anymore weight for another few months. But what you haven’t done is gone backwards. You may have stayed the same weight, but you haven’t reversed the work you’ve done. Your body will catch up.

I’ve seen it time and time again. People are impatient. They want the body of their dreams in 12 weeks, when they’ve spent 12 years neglecting it. For some lucky people, it can turn around fast. But most of the time, it doesn’t happen that way.

What I CAN tell you though. Is if you stay the course. If you CREATE a new healthy version of yourself, then eventually you WILL BECOME that healthy version (both inside and out).
It won’t be easy.
But it will be worth it.
Don’t quit.
